Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
WS.6 with/without 'Ram Air' decal on hood...
Opinions?
My factory ones starting peeling a touch, so I helped them remove themselves.
I think I want to replace them, but open to opinions.
When the car gets new paint, they will be getting painted on.

Well...you could either leave them off or paint them on...but I like what BIG GUNS did to his. I think he as ENIGMA in reflective decal. RAM AIR in reflective decal is sick IMO.

Keep in mind....I am a VERY subtle type modder when it comes to appearance.
I love how this car looks in factory form, and don't want to change it much.
Basically, the options are replace the decals, or leave them off until it gets painted.
When the car gets paint...the lettering will be there...but painted on.

Then leave them off until the car is painted and have them painted on.

if youre going to get the car painted anyways, then get them painted on. If not then buy some stickers from afterthoughts or a site like that

+1. I really don't like the look of the hood without them, makes it look like the car is a poser. I know, I know, everybody changes the WS6 to how they want it anyway, but most people driving down the street don't care about that, they want to see the label. I also know you are a subtle mod type of person, at least on the exterior. Your car deserves some ghost flames when you get it repainted. Very difficult to see unless someone really looks. I think some blue ghost would be the shit, especially since your car can back it up!

I'll not respond in this thread... my last attempt backfired on me.

The mid 90's firehawks had "315 h.p." On the hood where we have the ram air decal I thought would be a cool change over the ram air that everybody has.

The stealership charges 70 or so for each side, These are the best quality your gonna get. I have a pair of ram air stickers from the WS6 store (I think) layin around my house if you want em. You can try them out til your paint job.
*Free btw, I'll give em to you on saturday assuming you're goin on the cruise.
Plus you'll have plenty of reference on the correct location
