As all have said 220/220... FYI the stock stall is 1800.. There would be no point to go to a 2000 stall.. Why do you not want a stall?

really no point in getting a cam worth installing if you don't get a stall too

I got to go with Mr. Luos on this one. You can't even tell you have bigger stall until you nail it and the car would be alot quicker than installing a small cam. We are talking real seat of the pants power verses a cam that is only a hair bigger than stock.TSP 347 SB, TSP Stage 2.5 PRC LS6, TSP MS4, Performabuilt Stage 2 4L60E, Yank PT4000, 4.11s, Fast 90/90, FTRA Cold air intake+all the free mods, Dynatech Supermaxx Exaust System, DMH Cutouts, Hooker Catback/FTRA Tips. I run a 3200 stall and it is a great daily driver very good street manners going to a bigger one for my cam but as said not worth putting a cam in only slightly bigger than stock with an auto car camshaft=stall not really much of a way around it.

LSA has a lot to do with what cam you can use on a stock stall, ask a cam company what you can use I have seen some bigger cams than the above mentioned that work. You need to look into torque converter lock-up on our cars if you don't fully understand how they work. You probably be better off w/ a s/c.

the bigger stall will effect city mileage a little ,not being locked from stoplite to stoplite.on the hwy the lock up will will act like a fifth gear, with no slippage.stock cam 02 196*/207* .467/.479 lsa 116*

If you're worried about gas milaege that much why not just keep the car stock? Kinda stupid to pay the $600-$800 on a cam/spring kit that you'd barely notice.

I have to agree with INMY01TA. A stall , as I'm sure you know ,is the number mod for an A4 car. You can get a 2800 Vigilante or Yank and still get pretty good gas mileage.
As for cams , you may want to look at the LS6 Cam kit . I'm thinking this is what you may be looking for. Not big at all and should give you pretty good gas mileage without sacraficing streetability .
