Typing...

So when I got to type somthing into a box. the computer shows what I have typed there before. Is there anyway of turning that off?

Are you using internet explorer or firefox or ?
If IE, then Tools -> Delete browsing history if you're updated ,or Tools -> Internet Options -> clear history/cache

if FF -> Tools -> Clear recent history -> Clear everything -> advanced, check all boxes.

Run a disk cleanup as well in windows just to clear out anything else. vista/7 type disk cleanup and enter, xp start - all programs - accessories - system tools - disk cleanup.
