so I get an email about some work related problem so I respond, then I get a phone call about said problem, I begin to explain why the parts are not here and why the paper work is incorrect then the women (for lack of a better word) started screaming at me "what do you just put stuff off like you dont give a shit" so I told her not to yell at me and to lower her voice i dont blow off any of my work she replied "Im a grown ass women you dont tell me what to do" so I hung up the phone went into her office and asked her very fimly your a grown ass women than why cant you hold a conversation. she then tells me to get the f*ck away from her desk so I said no we are not done talking. she then tells me to get the f*ck away from her desk or else so I asked or what what are you going to do she jumped up to get in my face and I didn't even blink she got shook and sat back down I said I am trying to talk to you like a person like two human beings she replied with " I cant your not" I said "I am not a human being?" she replied with yes thats right your not human your a piece of shit get the fuck away from me.

now this was all said at high volume in front of the company owner
I am the operations manager she is a sales assistant

now the owner can care less he told her not to talk to me again

I want to know the colorfull ways that ls1.com would deal with this hosebeast

This would all depend on what kind of sales she is an assistant of. Personally, I would just habd her every single piece of scut work and bullshit that came across my desk until she quit or gave any other reason to term her. I agree. She had NO right to take her frustrations out on you. Happened to me a few years ago. Random female coworker tried to get me written up with the auto center manager for "stalking" her. Mind you, she worked in the main store and I worked in the auto center which is not attached to the main store...plus I never even met, nor even looked at her. Well, she went back and bragged to my coworkers and the man who ran the cafeteria, who went back and told upper management since he knew my character(being single and a cynic) which resulted in her being watched via closed-circuit monitors. A week later she was dismissed. Rumor was she was repeatedly making phony claims to management about random guys who worked for the company. One guy was overheard talking about bashing her skull in. Alot of people were pissed with this girl. I'm just happy I was issued an apology from upper management.
