New guy
Hi All. I've come across this site every thime I google anything LS1, but never had time to sign up. I'm a member at another forum, but am not a fan. Antime someone that didn't join on day 1 asks a question, the flame fest begins. Just not right, when members of your community ask for help.
Anyways, I'm about to begin a big project on my 2000 WS6. I ordered a Max Jax lift that will be here in week. I will be dropping EVERYTHING out of the bottom of my car. I will be doing a Tick Shift tranny, head/cam/intake swap, headers, coil overs, new k-member and a-arms. My goal is 550 at the crank. I'm hoping to get some good quality pics of every step, and doing a how-to site.
On time of a mechanical background, I did auto body repair for a number os years. I even restored my dad's 71 Vette which was a roval PITA. I was itchy for months
Looking forward to interacting with everyone, and feel free to email at any time for any questions on my previous projects.

Thanks for the welcome! A good flaming is neccasary from time to time, so if need be
As for the head and cam, I'm going to port and polish the stockers and add in a Magic stick 4 from Texas Speed and Performance. I'm still going back and forth on a stroker kit. The car only has 58k on it, so I'm not sure I want to tear the bottom end apart.
As for the pics, here is my Cardomain page for now. I'll post up some better pics later.

A lot of that stuff will on Ebay shortly. The car is a constant experiment to get everything to work together.
