I might have to part with my SS and was wondering what kind of price I should expect to get for it. It is like new and stills smells new inside.

Very nice car! Very low miles. It's definitely worth $18,500. However, it'll be hard to get imo. If I was in the market I'd give it a look for around $16,500. Don't take it as an insult. It's just the Fbody market isn't real good imo. I'm seeing nice 03 Cobras go for low $20's. Once again, NICE CAR.

Aren't all 4th gen SS's SLP cars
Thanks for your responses. Those figures are about what I thought they would be. I forgot to mention the original SLP installed bilstein suspension too.
I really like this car and have always wanted a new SS since I was a kid. For me to sell it will be a last resort. I always hoped to be driving it until I am 80.
Thanks again.

It's a great car and with the options you should be asking 18-20k for it. It's sad though, you probably won't get it. I bought my '01 SLP SS with 28k miles on it for 14k back in June. The guy wanted 16k, but I had to bring him down. The thing is, when I bought my car it was in June of last year, and the bank told me they couldn't give me a loan for 5 years unless it was an '01 or newer. Now that it's a new year they may not loan for 5 years unless it's an '02 or newer. I could be wrong, but if I'm not the loan would be for 3 years and the payment could be really high for an 18k loan. Even if it was 12K the payment could be around 300 or so.

ask 20k with the knowledge that youll actually get around 18-19k.

i just got mine with 8500 miles on it and they were asking $19500 so somewhere around there the bluebook might say less but its worth it!!!!

always ask more like 22 then drop to 20 making the sell go by better

only prob with asking too high a figure up front is that it discourages potential buyers who may be willing to pay 18-19k. if you're not too concerned with selling it right away go ahead and list it for like 21-22. but it may sit around for months w/o any takers. but if you drop the asking price to 20 or less itl be sold in days/weeks.

I bought 02 SLP Camrao a couple months ago for $21000. It all the slp options except the Auburn Diff. and it had more than 50,000 when I bought It. With the low miles you got and the rarity(is that how you spell it) of the car I wouldn't let no one touch it for under $22,000. :}
