I Think I have a Disease...

Between myself and my wife, we have had seven (7!!) vehicles in the driveway/garage at one point. I've thinned the herd down to five, but always end up on forum classifieds, Craiglist and EBay wringing my hands thinking about another vehicle. Does anyone else have this problem? I think I need help...

This obviously doesn't include the beaters, trucks and commuter cars/cycles. Oh, well. Time to check EBay!

my neighbors would complain if i had that many vehicles.

A lot of the older Muscle cars were owned in the 80's early 90's when you could still pick one up rather cheaply. several of my Novas I got without engines and trannys for under $1000. I worked near a junkyard and got profiecent at transplanting motors in. I would fix it up, drive for a little while then sell it.

I am on my 8th car at age 17

You want to hear disturbing? In the span between my 17th and 22nd birthday, I owned 6 cars a truck and a motorcycle. We must be related...

My neighbors actually find it amusing. I keep all the vehicles in decent shape and the ones outside are parked orderly.

Heh. Nope, but one of the GTs was "on blocks" temporarily. I felt bad about that and rectified it pretty quickly. I'm a sucker for a nice 3rdGen...

Yep. I must be compensating for something...:nana: Seriously, you could run over a mini-van with a mid-1970s Lincoln and not feel it...

Oh yes, Many pics. Some of those cars were really really nice. I really miss my 67 chevelle ss (4 speed car with a 427 and marina blue) My 68 Charger was really nice with a 440 and b-5 blue. Several of my Novas were really nice too. Really miss them to.

My 71 SS Elcamino I still have and it is awesome 402 Big Block, th-400 12 bolt 3.73 silver black ss stripes. Chrome all re dipped. Looks nice.

I glad you were smart and took photos. I was too busy "being cool" or whatever at the time and really regret it. :(

:vodka: yes I really miss some of my stuff. They were so plentiful back in the 80's and 90's weren't they!! If I had only known.

Don't see myself getting rid of the El Camino anytime soon
