I do not, the feeling of the needle going in my arm sends waves of nasuea. Everytime I'm border line tossing my lunch
poll added speedy gonzalez...
NOPE !! don't want to take the chance of catching anything......
Apparently one pint, which is how much they draw at a time, can save up to 4 lives.
I do every two months unless I've got a cold and can't donate. Been doing it since '95. It makes me feel good doing something for the community so why not.
Yeah, you never know when you might need blood, thats why I started. Other people do it for you.
I would, and have... Its just I'm affraid I'm gonna lose my lunch and that would be SUPER embarrasing
I would but I can't and they wouldn't take my blood with what I've got anyway. Fortunately I'm B+ which is the most common blood type.
ya if they give me 100$
im O- so I can give to all but can only get O+, I think thats how it works.
The blood bank guy told me that 67% of Americans are capable of giving blood, but only 7% donate.
I said if they give me 100$
Given gallons over the years.
Had a pin once that said "Five Gallon Club."
