Yeah that's what this is about... It's a prequel to Alien, and from what I've read nobody is really sure yet if it's going to be about the xenomorphs or something else, like about the giant humanoids seen on the ship in Alien...Quote:

I believe it's going to be more about another race. If you watch Alien again, pay attention to the giant head (face) the crew encounters while exploring the the alien planet. On the giant body, Dallas (I believe) makes mention of the hole that looks like one that a Xenomorph makes when it bursts from the chest.

I didn't know there was a gap between those movies that needed filling... they're supposed to be in the same universe? A Ridleyverse?
I noticed a Xenomorph in the trailer you posted Spaz.

I'm not sure either. Blade Runner is based on the novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick. The only connection I can tell at this point is that they're both directed by Ridley Scott and have a sci-fi futuristic setting.
