I put a 96 corvette LT4 motor in my 96 Transam but used the computer off of my LT1 and i was told that i would never get the full performace of the lt4 until i put the lt4 computer in also or used a programmer on my lt1 computer. Anybody got any idea what to do. Any info would be very helpful.
lol well you do need a tune but it has the same obII computer as your lt1, its just programed for the lt4 specs if you need a tuner this guy is the bestQuote:

Thanks 4 the info. Also if anybody knows somebody with a LT4 intake i sure could use one i had to put my lt1 intake on my lt4.
yeah i got one from jegs it was 475 shiped and its the air gap. have it ported and polished
i'll check with jegs, also you might know what size injectors would be the best to run on my lt4. Thanks
well mine is a 383 and i got 30lbs i think you could do the same. its a good start i need bigger because im going to procharge. if you want you could pm me i got a new lt4 intake and im selling the injectors they only have 2k miles on them they were like 350+ new. ill get rid of them both for a good price.

lol yeah your 2 new to pm. umm like i said the lt-4 intake is brand new,(i dont need it because im going forced induction) and it was $475 the injectors are accel 30lbs and they were $350+ and have 2k miles on them. um ill give you both for $650 and ill pay for shipping.Quote:

The only difference will be the knock module on your OBDII is more sensitive than the LT4 OBDII, but you can buy the KM for the LT4 and plug it right into your OBDIIQuote:
