according to some at a tech forum they've oc'd theirs up to 3.4. But i think ill play it safe and keep it around 3

With the G0 you could probably get 3.4

I'm air cooled so I don't think I will go much past 3.0 on a B3

Did you get your B3 from newegg? I called them and they told me they did not guaranteed what version i was to get, so i ordered mine from clubit.com

Don't be. It's not like there are a ton of games/applications that take advantage of multiple cores... yet. :yup:

My system is about 2-3 years old now... Dual 3.6ghz Xeons

Still plenty fast, just want to bump the ram from 1GB to 2GB and get a faster video card and I'll be set for another year or two.

What sucks is I wasn't planning on moving up to DDR3 memory. But when I ordered my MB from Newegg. I didn't realize it was DDR3 only.

They won't take back the MB so I bought 2GB for $400 :eek:

I had to take out my 4 GB of OCZ DDR2 memory. :rant:
