Mornin. Headed to Columbus.
Morning
Greetings.
And salutations bishes
In Columbus, waiting on the inspector. Think I might swing by Jegs while I'm down here.....anyone know how there selection of LS stuff is?
I'd guess on par with Summit's. Think they use the same supply company
Thanks Carpy. Guess I'll see how the day's schedule goes, if I've got time maybe I'll check it out.
:wtf: it's May already.....
i want to go back to bed...
JEGS was a disappointment if you ask me. I expected more out of it when I went after parts.
Summit is pretty amazing. Never been to Jegs. I probably order about equally from both.
this head ache is kicking my ass...
I may be moving back to Oregon soon. I've had enough of eastern Washington.
Has Jon posted any videos of his car since the Procharger?
:brick2: damn Spaz you gave me your headache
took the new crank to the machine shop today hope to have the motor back in the next 2-3 weeks
so did you settle up with the DB that sold you the blown motor?
I'm sure there was no warranty expressed or given on someone else's project build...
yeah kinda lol he is paying for 2k of the build so that means he is only paying the 1k to put it back together and giving me the rest :) got one of my friends parents to call him who just so happens to be a lawyer here in ok and i think that scared him enough to help out some
Going to bed.....this closing is kicking my ass.
Mornin.
Gudentacht bishes
Greetings from Tucson. Made it to the house around 8:00 last night. There were more police vehicles on the ride down from Phoenix than I will see in Pennsylvania in 6 months of driving! Couldn't believe it.
The scenery is amazing.
Dan / Zach -- when we went up Route 15 early yesterday morning on our way to ther airport, there was a motorcycle piled up at the Tioga Junction exit. Looks like it came off the ramp and was quite a ways off the road. Any word on what happened?
Spent many a summer in AZ, stayed with my grandparents in show low, my uncle in Scottsdale, and worked for the BLM surveying for a summer in 06

Saw the ad for the show but havn't watched an episode yet.
We went for a ride to Mount Lemmon today... WOW! Just incredible to see.
Anyone know where the oil pressue should be at when idling with the melling high volume pump?
Jodi, I'm at about 45psi when hot.
Mine is sitting at 20. I went back to the stock gauge today and I'm worried about what it reads. Maybe I should try the high pressure pump.
I think I have the Ported Ls6 pump from Texas Speed. I can remember if its the Ls6 or the Melling. Let me see if can find the receipt.
Yep, I have the ported & shimmed Ls6 pump. Dang, back in 2008 it was only 140$ now its 180$!
FM it's raining like a mofo......need a boat....we've gotten 5" in the last 7 hrs. Had 3 weeks of no rain.
I just looked at my receipt from Texas Speed. I have the ls6 ported pump. I also just drove my car, as I'm driving it sits at 20. I guess I'm use to mustangs oil pressure being at 60 & 80.
Mine is around 50-60 when driving and 75-80 when wide open. What weight oil are you using?
I thought I bought 5-30,.... But the bottle says heavy duty 10-30. Yeah me for not paying attention.Quote:

No, If you were running 5w30 I was going to tell you to get some 10W30.
Well I've been driving it. I guess if it was going to be a problem it would have already reared its ugly head.
Sounds like some problem is
But what? I dont know where to begin.
Did your pump come with an extra stiiffer spring?
There was no spring with it.Quote:

Jodi, are you sure the o-ring for the pump is on properly, and the pickup tube is at the proper level?
I guess. I don't know anymore. The bf was anal about things lining up and being proper this and that.Quote:

Morning. Woke up at 5:00 and couldn't go back to sleep. Got up, showered and went for a walk. Beautiful watching the sun come up from behind the mountains out here. Heading to Sedona today. Kind of a liong ride, but apparently one that is worth it.
Sedona is beautiful :yup:

Spaz, clean out your inbox. I gots a message to deliver.
So his box is like the Schukhyl River? :hasquint:
Turned the A/C on today...
On a 98' TA does it have a 3 channel or 4 channel ABS?
How can I tell?
If you have TCS, it's four channel. No TCS, three channel.
No tcs.....thanks
I believe 3 channel is when the reluctor ring is mounted to the carrier in the axle housing and there is one plug attached to the single sensor, and 4 channel is when the reluctor rings are mounted behind the rear rotors, and there are 2 sensors (one at each wheel).
I found this:
10 Bolt, 12 Bolt and 9 inch Information
Mornin.
Long ride up and back yesterday, but well worth it. Not sure yet what the plan is for today.
Why are there so many stupid web cam spammers on yahoo. They're a level of stupid that makes those in D.C. look smart
What is a "web cam spammer"?
what a day already been running my ass off since 8 but already have a bunch accomplished
I'm sitting at the ER with my 96 year old grandfather. I don't think he is going to last much longer. :(
Its just some weird rash today, but between dialysis and his kidney problems I just dont think he will. I believe he has lived a great life though. :yup:
Sorry to hear, Jodi. :(
 Jodi.....been there several times...
No reason to be sorry. Its all good. I'm 33 years old and feel blessed to have had him in my life this long. Some are not as fortunate.
He was 42 when he started his family and married my 20 year old grandma. They got married in Reno in 1958. He mowed the yard the other day and we think something bit him. Dont know yet. Sitting at the slowest ER in Oklahoma. Lol
Always a tough place to be in, Jodi
That sucks to hear
We are still here. This place is slow and I'm hungry.
:xfingers: he pulls through Jodi.

It's on like Donkey Kong, bishes.
Hes fine. Just a bug bite rash and missing his front tooth (on his dentures) because I gave him some beef jerky. Lol. Looks like Buckwheat when he smiles.
Just got to sit here and wait on bloodwork.
He is more upset about his dentures than anything.
