I know I have seen this thread before (months ago) but can not find it. I was wondering if anyone was going to attend. I will be home on R&R during this and seems like the only car show near me I can attend. Any takers???:dunno:

it's about 40% 2nd gen and 30% 4th gen other 30% seems split between 1st and third gen.

Uh wow, I've never even been informed. Just moved to Ohio... and Dayton? That's like.. 30 min away tops. Gonna ask to girl :) Sounds awesome.
It's about 4 hours from my house in MI. I bought my GSXR and Trans Am from Dayton. I'm planning on going, just need to find someone to go with me lol. Anyone know for sure if they will be going? Im just trying to figure out how many of us will be there

YesssirrreeeeBob, I'll be there. It's about 600 miles, did it in 2009 in about 8 hours. Stayed right at the host hotel, frikkin awesome. Found a local hand-wash (!) car wash and a liquor store nearby. If you look in "High Performance Pontiac" from late 2009 ( nov or dec. issue), there is actually a pic of me standing next to my car talking to some folks.
The best thing about the whole weekend is the cruise to Tipp City on Sat. I go to Tipp around 1 pm on Sat to get a good parking spot. Then I just sit on one of the benches and watch everybody cruise into town. Pretty good show. :chuckles:
If anybody is interested in cruising out there together, let me know. I usually drive out there and don't see anyone else.
..I usually leave my house in NJ on Thursday morn about 7am.

Some are meeting at the Pilot Gas Station SR 83 and I-71 (exit 204, Lodi) on Friday August 26, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. or there abouts and caravaning down I-71 to SR 30 West to I75 where we will catch up with cars coming down from Michigan and Toledo.
Usually have 10 to 15 cars at Lodi and another 10 to 15 at I75.
Good time if you want to travel with some other TA enthusiasts.
I will be coming down from Perrysburg ,ohio. maybe we will see you guys.
Going to Tipp City Cruise in today to watch the Firebirds and TA's come in from Dayton.
Whoever is going should post pictures. Even us Camaro owners would like to see!
Im here in Dayton, I will be in the cruise into Tipp City. I am in the "heavily midified" class.
Cruise up to Tipp City 5-7pm. I got back here at 4 and almost everyone is gone, what the hell???

Congrats to everyone that pulled a trophy from this show...Terry with his super clean RED Trans Am, took first in M3, and Dave (Silversurfer) took home a 2nd in M3, Robbie took home another trophy in his class (Super Street) I think.. Dennis from Kentucky took home a first palce with is Firehawk..
Brenda and I were lucky enough to also get a class trophy in M3 and best of all we won the Best in Show......I still can't belive this..
