Times ticking!!! I'm super excited (Yes, small things amuse me :lmao: )
I did hear (which isn't good news to me) that the Campaign is short. About 5 hours in length. I love the campaigns the most so this disturbs me a little. 5 hours of great quality beats 10 hours of garbage but it seems short. Time will tell if the rumors are true :)
I know I can't wait, so it'll be out tomorrow!!??

I think Halo 3 has it beat that was pushed back like 7x's for over the period of a year and a half or more. I remember when I bought it. It was the first day the talked about it. well mentioned it at a gamestop. Were you could put a down payment or pay it off. Well I choose to pay it off. They pushed it back for so long that by the time I got it I was more mad then excited to actually play. I think I had put it in played the first board turned it off then gave it to my lil bro.Quote:

Just got done with the second level of campaign. So far the story is pretty nice but it kind of moves slow. I highly suggest moving sensitivity up on the controller since it moves sluggish IMO. I also highly suggest playing the campaign a little bit before moving into online play (To get use to it) this game is totally different then BO, MW2, Etc... Controls are the same but its alot different IMO (IE Grenade lobs, aiming, etc..)
So far with only about an hour of play I am rating this game a 7/10. I'm going to try online now and will check back :D

We were still awake at 11:50 last night and I told the wife that I may just go ahead and get it at midnight. She said that my keys may not work when I get back. Haha.... you burn MAC and cheese, think I'm worried about locks getting changed.
I picked it up, I'd say 7.5 out of 10.
Online is a 2/10 for me :(

I like the online a lot actually, I like being able to have vehicles right off the bat. I can't get online today though, it says the server is down

Campers are tasty. Do some recon first and get around them. I got tired of bo as everyone just spray and prays.
Will be nice to have to think tactical vs running circles around a level
Subscribed to see what the dealio is on Homefront. I like to gauge opinions before I go and spend big bucks on a brand new game. I'm still ok with MW2 and BO right now though, so I may just wait. Keep the opinions coming. :D

MW2 I rock the FAL.
BO was a spraynpray AK74u.
Tier 1 was sniping.
I have different setups for different maps/moods. I guess I find myself using either the AUG or SPAS 12 for the most part, but I do like the AK47u with rapid fire and extended mags on occasion, and go with the FAL when I want to try and raise my accuracy.
I like the FAL for its stopping power, and because people shit bricks when they hear me shooting it. I got me a rapid-action trigger finger.
Mw2 I used the scar and noob tube with claymores. Got 7 nukes with my setup.
I silence mine, hell I silence my SPAS even. Takes a bit off the range, but it's not too noticeable to me. I have a pretty rapid trigger finger as well. I've been off the net from 2006 (socom 3) up until the last couple weeks, so I'm just now getting my skills back.. I sucked terribly for a while. Couldn't get even a 1.00 kill/death ratio going... still can't on MW2, but a lot of that has to do with everyone but me being level 70 :lol:Quote:

Yeah. Finally got the online working right and I'm having fun with it. You getting crysis? I think that'll be way more polished. They could have done a lot with the homefront fiction. It's a shame it's so short

i've enjoyed it. More challenging than COD, but alot more fun IMO.
On a side note Just tried the free demo for MK9 on psn. screw this game come april 19, lol...

Got on and gave it one more shot for online. WOW is all I can say on how bad this game sucks. Campers galore and the hit markers are horrible.
I'm gonna stick it out until I either break my TV or get some more acheivements. I've only got 8 more single player acheivements left, the rest are XBLive attainable.
I just got 6 achievements tonight for Homefront. THats all its good for now a days :(
