And what's up with the loose fitting jumpsuits. Don't we have some military taylors who can bring them in, way in, like skin tight in.

Just buy a smaller one. You choose what size you want to wear.

Most of the time they become skin tight because when they were issued them when they were younger they were a bit smaller in size physically. But then they become fat and they don't buy new ones unless they are issued to you. So they become tight on the fatties.
