The damn was pretty busy , they are looking at changing things and no traffic over it anymore.
-
i know they're building that bridge, err overpass to go over the dam area, but i dont know when it'll be done. The last time i went tho there was a good wait to get down to the dam, and then comin back was worse. All the construction they were doin

It's probably because of the Colorado River Bridge. I was there late last Feb and took some pics as we were driving through.

im actually not sure, ive been wanting to go to this road you posted up for a long time. i'd say at least 8 hours or so. When i went up to colorado, the route took my mom and i all the way up to the utah border, and then along it and into colorado. So i'd imagine up and back would be an over night trip. I dont know if i could trust myself on such a long desolate stretch of road without attempting to bury the needle...
and kahana- i think we're gonna attempt the dam route to LV. I'll just make it very clear that if theres traffic, the ac will be OFF. hopefully it'll be easy going through on a monday morning
-
This road would be epic for pics of the t/a
-
what state are you in needs?
also, i think i remember seein someone on here with pics of their t/a on this road. but yes it would be epic

im out here in houston.....no much too look at besides the piney woods....and i grew up in that shit so i wanna see somethin new. yea i think it may have been a white t/a that i saw on this road a while back.
-
Yea it was a white t/a. Az couldnt be more of a change from pine trees lol I mean it's nice but it gets old. The same drab tan colors all the time ( until you go up north). Just doesnt look very lively in alot of places, and makes you appreciate and miss grass, trees. Def take a trip out sometime. Tons of awesome roads up north
-
may end up doin that ...my uncle lives in casa grande...he owns a shop there...maybe youve heard of it..its called autosonics.....
-
hmm havent heard of it, although casa grande isnt right around the corner either. what kind of shop is it?
-
Paint and body....it's pretty big. I thought casa grande was close to u
-
i may be wrong. i maybe have just not been there. avondale's an hour, phx is about 40 from me, glendale is 20.

judging from the map and comparing with map of houston and how much time it takes to get from here to there, id say casa grande may be an hour give or take from you
-
ahh ok. yea i just havent been there. yea dude if u take a road trip, def hit me up cuz there's tons of hours of fun roads up north. anything out in casa grande to do?
