GF can't drive a stick, sure can ride one though. Not even sure I would let drive the car if she could.
I am the woman, but bf gets to drive her sometimes when i cant AKA heels + clutch = difficult
Never thought about that. What about taking the heels off and driving barefoot? It's legal in some places, but I have never tried it.
I wouldn't allow the woman to drive my car except in an emergency. She couldn't be some new girlfriend, either.
1. Allie can't drive a manual
2. She's afraid of the power
3. She's afraid of accidentally hitting a curb or worse
Even if it wasn't for these factors, I might have to think long and hard about letting her drive Nymphadora.
My mom drove the shit outta her '94 m6 t/a and 300zx turbo back in the day, so to her yes. A girlfriend, maybe on a cold day in hell.
barefoot is just as difficut sometime when you have short legs and have to move the seat up real far, but it is possible when there is no other optionQuote:

Only one who's ever driven my car but me in the two years I got it has been my close female friend who is my roommate. I let her drive it to work a few times, which is literally ONE mile down the road. I don't think she's ever had it over 25mph.
I'd also let my mother drive it, she's a good driver. I let her drive my '98 that I had in '00-'01, she loved it because it was an M6. She actually seemed a bit dissapointed when I showed her my current one, the A4.
If we're taking my car... I'm driving. No exceptions.
used to let the wife (then g/f) drive my Z28 when it was an auto, then when it was a LS1/TH350 car ... but the T/A is manual so she can't drive it. I don't mind people I trust driving my car. Yes, it's my baby and all but if I know you can drive and are cautious, I may throw you the key. Heck, I'd let my mum drive mine if she can actually get the clutch to work (lol, she'd have to stand on it), she drives a stick and is a great driver.

My mom and best friend are the only ones who id let drive it. My mom because she has owned more muscle cars then i can count and my best friend b/c she used to race cars with her grandfather and has taken racing classes before.
My mom yes, well i dont really trust her and her name is on the title so im forced she always hits curbs in her minivan, but back in the day shes and my dad had every year of trans ams, my older sister yes because i trust her with anything GF..thats a big NO

Wife will not touch a stick (car). I have offered to teach and she has no interest. If I pick my mom up, first words out of her mouth is don't scare me. So I fly mine solo. Wife won't touch my 91 z28 auto either (24,xxx miles and was my late fathers). She says she afraid to scratch it. I did buy her a really nice 94 lumina Z34 w/ 62xxx miles , and she hits the gas pretty hard in her hot rod.

Im going with yea to my mom...shes owned 3 camaros, and is currently driving an SRT-8 Challenger 6 speed.... so her I trust... any of the females Ive ever dated or my wife? FUCK NO.
The wife helped swap the motor and trans, so she's got perma-driving rights.
My wife is a total speed-a-holic and drives our Trans Am frequently. Growing up she drove a second gen Camaro in the '80s and then bought the Corvette when she was 21. Yes... she is way cooler than I am.

My girl LOVES speed and gets extremely turned on in my CETA (Even was talking about doing naughty things in it also) But mayb when hell freezesover i'll let her drive it. I'm hesitant to let her drive my TBSS and thats an 425hp auto...
PS- If im wasted, the CETA is out, and shes the only one half sober enough to drive. We're walking regardless :lol:

she does not know how to drive stick.... I have started to teach and would trust her with my car. However I dont trust other people so yes I would be pissed if the car got totalled and she was driving.
Plus for her graduation I am getting her a corvette, so she does not have much desire to drive my car.

I let my wife (fiance of about 4 years at the time) drive my BSM Procharged and cammed A4 WS6 every once. Well, to make a long story short, she totaled it. Now I've got an M6, I've learned my lesson.
mine would let me drive his car, i refuse often though because if anything happened to that car, omg i cant even image :lol: when im backin up to park next to him in our parking spots at home i always say i'd rather totally smash the neighbors car then to hit his, it would be a lot easier and less painful to hit the neighbor lol...
but i drive my own hotrod so im not worried about it :devil:

other than my mom who drove it home for me once while i was in Australia, there have been 4 other girls and one good younger protoge that i have been looking out for who have driven John Wayne, The girls, there were favors involved, and i put them in a huge open lot and let them drive less than 20 min pry, the other kid, hes basically my lil bro, i had him drive it home once while i was trying to teach him in my intoxicated state, i just went with "california stop the stop signs so you dont kill it"
