I honestly think to make a good car salesman you need to "believe in your product" as corney as that sounds i think its the number one thing, your customer has to know and believe that you believe in your company (ie, toyota), and that it is genuinely a good product, like i could NEVER sell fords, i hate em. but i love toyota, they have proven themselves throughout the years i've worked with them, not only the quality of their car but their customer service is unbelieveable, you buy a toyota and they treat you like you bought their higher end Lexus. I've literaly sold a prius to a woman when i was a receptionist, she was in the waiting room getting her car serviced while i was making coffee, i went on about the technology of the pruis, gas mileage, quality and next thing i know im getting a burdog from the sale because she went straight to a salesman and ordered one (they were still on order at the time because it was the only hybrid available at the moment) see what im saying?Quote:
