Mine is painted. You are probably looking at 300-500 range for it.

chamillion...it was painted on by the guy before i bought the car...idk if i like it all that much but im sure as hell not gunna waste time and money to go paint over it!!
my manta is painted and so is the stripe on the back... however they did mess up on the stripe on the back....

Does someone make a vinyl overlay for the manta? If so, it probably doesn't look half as good as paint.
