i'm still workin out for 8 reps of 185 on flat
before i left the sand box and had my accident i could get 265 for 3 flat
Hmmm.... I gotta start working on my benching again soon...
my enraged and pissed off bench i maxxed at 375....but most of the time I do reps of 8 at 250 on the flat bench.
My best ever was 345 when I weighed 172. I'm about 185 now but my shoulder will not take what it used to.
I maxed at 210 (1 rep), and i weighed 150 in 11th grade. I'm about 160 now and i haven't been to the gym in about 8-10 months. Most i ever weighed was 183 almost 2 years ago, but i dont hit the gym like i used to.

haha, just kidding. actually, i have no idea how much i bench, because i don't have a bench to do it...i just work with the hand dumbbells. my oldest brother does reps with 365 i believe.
Most I ever go was 400 2 times. Hurt my shoulder a couple of years ago and haven't gone that heavy in a while.
I'm a mechanic and we worry more about max torque with out a breaker bar. but most ever was 315, not in good shape anymore so I figure I'm down to 245.
Right now.. 45.. LOL.

215 is my max now, i havent been focusing on bench though lately. my senior year I was max'ed out at 255
235. sucks cuz im 6'4, 215lbs ive got long ass arms which i think hinders me from lifting a lot.
I think one of our guys, hes in his early 20's hes a monster but way more athletic and cut then the europeans. They make him look small. Kevin Nee is his name.

what size are you lgndkiller?... The guys I used to play ball with were benchin 300+ regularly, but they were on the juice, and they worked out about 2-3 times a day. Most were about 6' and about 250+ lbs
yea it was rediculous.. and our football coaches were fuckin idiots and wouldn't stop em from doin it...We would lift light before school, Then lift light in weights class, and do cardio after school... Some of the 'badasses' though would lift hard in the morning.. lift hard in weights, and lift hard after cardio...Which is why half of our line was out with back and chest problems about half way through the season
yep... always lookin for state championships, they get a new crew every other year so they don't mind tearin' people up.

oh and this with a hurt wrist and shoulder. If ever any of u hurt ur shoulder, don't try to go heavier like I did. It will only make it worse

I can do 225 18 times on flat and 23 on decline.
im a little over 160lbs and put up 300 a month ago on flat bench. 240 incline, and never maxed on decline. i can dumbell 125's
I'm not saying it's good all the time but if you are like me 45 - 60min workout is not enough. Most of you workout to gain muscle and strength so that is good. I'm sitting most of the day at work so the only time I get to workout is when I go to the gym. I'm preparing for one of the most difficult jobs in the military, so destroying my body and pushing through pain and exhaustion is the only way to have some kind of chance. When I try out for it
