What the cop did was excessive to say the least...he doesn't have the temperment to be a cop. He should have just threw her in the cell, cranked the a/c to -20* and put some other mouthy bitch in there with her. That punch to the face is what made it over the top to me...if he just threw her to the ground after that first kick he would still have a job.

I'm not trying to justify what the girl did. I'm just saying, the cop could have just as easily slammed the cell door on her as he did fly off the handle. Some of you are saying she deserved it. Yeah...maybe she did, but not from a police officer, and not that excessively.

I could understand if the "criminal" were a 6'0" male, 200 lbs. and reacting the way he did, but shes maybe a buck twenty soakin' wet, and probably 5'5". I don't think her being black has anything to do with it, except for the fact that the race card will probably come out at some point if it hasn't already.

Yeah, she was being a little 15 year old bitch, running her mouth, this and that. But I still don't see how that can justify a GROWN MAN, a police officer at that, to just haul off and knock this chick senseless.
