we've been there a couple times and never had any issues in Chicago. Expensive city but lots of cool shit and good places to eat.
The only issue I have had with Chicago was getting in 3 car accidents in 1 day. 2 of them while I was in a parking spot. Also all the Bears fans. FIBs

Caddie is back and aligned -- all seems good. I met with the mechanic afterwards and talked over the results. He was a good guy and as I am pleased with the results I tipped him an Andrew. They have the guys at our local garages all working flat rate these days which really sucks for them.
Got rid of the 11 year old white appliances in the kitchen today and got all new stainless steel. Lowes wanted 220 to install the dishwasher and microwave. Told them I would take care of that. So after waiting on them to take care of the fridge and stove I spent the next hour putting the rest in. Why those 2 were free installation but the microwave wasn't I have no idea.
We installed a stainless Bosch dishwasher several weeks ago that we picked up from Lowe's and love the damn thing. Still have to upgrade the other appliances at some point.
