Well now that the dust has settled, all I can say is that the owner of that Fiero has a grizzly sized hand. That may very well be the largest hand I have ever seen in my life. It's not human I say. :D

its the heat from the hand while you were taking photos of the fender, you might have leaned on it warming the metal.. heat+cold air (KY in OCT=COLD!) equals condensation!
