Greg, I am surprised that UPS said you could not ship a rear bumper through them. Might there be a mistake? Last year, I shipped a thirdgen rear through UPS...just wrapped the rear in plastic and bubble wrap. It is a very large item, and certainly heavier than a bumper. I also shipped a complete aftermarket exhaust system through them, and the box was huge and heavy!
So I am willing to carry the bumper back to UPS to try again one more time to get a shipping quote.
As for it fitting a 2000? I don't really know for sure, are they different enough to not fit?
Let me know. I have pics, the bumper is not perfect, if it was I would be asking a lot more for it, It has some scratches that will have to be filled and then repainted.
