Any body got any pics of the TT II's on a 93-97 Trans am? Even though they are old, I still think they are the best around
Thanks guys. I just swapped them on yesterday...giving the dragstrip/ProStar look a break for the time being. ;)
Thanks. I have just 2 more for now. I just swapped them on yesterday. Fitment is absolutely great. No rubbing anywhere. No mods done to make them clear either. Bolted them on and drove home.
They are 17x11 w/ 7.75" BS and 315/35 Sumitomo HTRZ, and 17x9.5 w/7" BS and 275/40 Sumitomo HTRZ. :yup:

Thank you very much. I have new-ish Bilstein HD's, which are "ok" with the Stranos. Unfortunately, the lowering springs are coming off this weekend. :(
I have back problems from a fall I took back in 2000, so it was a poor choice for me to even try a lowered car, regardless of how good or bad the shocks are. That sucks because I love the look of the car, and had planned to get some Konis ASAP, but it just wasn't meant to be, in my case.
LOL, you had to ask...some cheapies...Nankand NS II, I laughed when I got them as it says they are manufactured in Compton, CA. I invisioned Dr. Dre and Pac...its was funny. They came with the wheels mounted, but I myself stick with BF Goodrich...By far my favorite.
Not to be a smart ass, but it would help if the poster also includes a DESCRIPTION OF THE BRAND & SIZE OF THEIR WHEELS AND TIRES. Just a thought...........
This is all i got so far, ill get some new ones with the good camera after the blizard and snow clears.....

Not only is that a nice Z, but the pics all together are beautiful, you should submit that last one in for the Car of the Month Contest
:drivin: i noticed that a few people have 315's on the back wheels, did you have to do any mods to the wheel well to get them in there? and what is the widest that is safe to put on the front?
nice car and killer stance. what size tires are you running? what lowering springs are you running?

Thanks, they have gotten many good comments so far.
I like the look, just personally think they look better on other rides. GTOs and Vettes for example.
I some what agree with you...they'd fit the vette pretty well, but the HP EVO's ones...come on you kno they are sexy. LOL :naughty:

Lol what can i say, that right there is sexy. I guess it depends on the application.

Hey is anyone running c6 18's in the front, 19's in the rear? Have any pics and what size tires do you use? Spacers? I have a chance to get a set for cheap! Wanna know what they will look like...
^^^Those are aftermarket C6 Z06's w/ lip from OE wheels.
Hmmm i like those better. Lips are sex
I looked @ a set of the C6 OE Wheels (new) & found the quality extremely poor. Chroming was nice But the outer 3/4 " face lip was extremely wavey with high & low spots, Anyone else seen this? The Ace slick wheel in the same pattern appeared to be perfect
nothing wrong this this rims and correct these are zo7 with a lips on them
i guess i should have said outer face of the C6 rims are wavey
Here's my HRE 547's. 18x9.5's & 18x10.5's

really, really pretty car! :bravo:
Nice, nice looking car but sits too low for me
I lowered mine and it actually rides better than stock. I was quite surprised. It springs upward but hardly has any downward to it. I cant fit two fingers between the tire and fenderwell and it hasn't touched yet and Vermont roads suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccck! My worst prob has been when i go on a dirt road some of the rocks are big enough to catch my exhaust as it is only about two inches above the road now...
here is mine, rides great it is a little low, the Y pipe is about a half in. from the pavement.
