no, not if you have all the tools and the work space. soak/spray bolts with de-rusting agent so they don't break on you. taking off the stuff is the easy part, getting the headers in and installed is the PITA.

get good gaskets too (metal compression gaskets). don't use the paper ones...

are air tools any good for doing headers?

Get a ladder :yup:

i think i got some gaskets for free b/c my stuff is all on back order; bobby from kentucky-speed is hooking me up something fierce. I've got so many deals as of late, i think i'm burning up my karma before the car has even hit the pavement!

that is easy accept for the back bolts... they can be a bitch to get to... gota take you plug wires off take the plugs out... unbolt the cats... then unbolt the manifold... should take about 2 hours or so...

make sure you car is jacked up super high or you won't be able to fit your headers in to place...

for removal yes, for install no. since you have to torque down to specs, air tools do not have torque locks, they would strip out the header bolts in the heads...

then there is the issue of room to use the air tools also...
