yes no loading bro. Creatine ethyl ester products and size-on which is creatine gluconate dont need you to load. loading is a thing of the past. Its been said that "loading" was a way for the companies to jus make you use more product anyways. The 1 a day "maintenance" serving was all that was ever necessary.

Sweet!, I've still got a good bit of Cell-Tech Hardcore Creatine left. Its grape flavor and not that bad. Also for taste I like Optimum Nutrition<sp? Chocolate.

cell mass is a great product, stacked with NO xplode its one of the top products out there, check out www.sbmuscle.com they have some pretty good prices on there

you guys should also check out www.massnutrition.com

for the cell mass the cheapest ive found it is www.sbmuscle.com 41 bucks for the 60 serving container as opposed to 31 bucks for the 40 serving size one

BTW Total Gyms suck we had one and i didnt like it, resistance was too hard to control and most times was alot, the we got a bowflex......

i like the total gym so far. but like i said when i get a house and have more room then i'll look at getting another piece of equipment. i just got the total gym for $75 so i cant complain.
