I also just ordered a Total Gym. I think Chuck Norris is supposed to jump out of the box and scare the fat right off of my body, or something like that. My wife and I have been eating alot less red meat and chicken and alot more seafood. I've been trying to cut out sodas and sweet tea, but man is it hard! Hopefully once I start working out regularly, I will shed some weight. I'd like to get down to a 32 pant size, about 180lbs
