Don't expect to get more than Kelly Blue Book value for it. All of the mods will more than likely NOT get you any additional money for the most part. Try to sell it to an individual for sure, do not expect more than $7500-$9000 for a trade in.

Im partial to pewter even though I have a black one. I'll just continue to run this into the ground, pewter is much easier to keep clean. My buddy has a pewter s-10 that he hasn't washed in 5 years and it still really doesn't look that dirty. Black looks sweet till you get to the end of the road you live on.....:soapbox: Sometimes I wished I would have held out for a pewter ls1 myself.
I see you've listed your car on EbayQuote:

This is a perfect chance to make your car unique as hell. Paint it a non-stock color that will make our jaws drop.
Im with Louie. Try something differint. There is lots of shades of gray that you could go with, or just go off the map......IMO...
When I get my new one I will. I have a few in mind already. I'm a fan of color changing paints and I love gloss and shine.
what was that paint they called Those Cobras ...mystic ...something like that????
my car is silver and looks clean even when its really not!!! its nice for those saturday nites when you just want to jump in the car and go, and not have to worry about washing the car:burnout:
No .... I meant that color you might want to paint it...
the color on cobras is called mystic chrome I think
that was a pretty cool color ...
Roger that..I vote for pewter...but then Im biasedQuote:

Nice Z!
Black is the most upkeep and most hassle to paint, plus the enormous expense to change color if done properly to have the paint looking good and staying w/o peeling in every nook and cranny...I'd stay with the original color.
