Here are a few more of mine after finishing my fuel rail covers and doing the mod to keep them from cutting the fuel lines. Does anyone know how i can fix/repair the yellow spot on the firewall pad?

If that yellow stuff isn't insulation, try some flat black engine enamel spray paint.
Its on the insulation i think I'll check tomorrow, the top layer in that spot was black and that spot had gradually peeled/flaked off. It hasn't gotten any larger but sticks out like a sore thumb.
You could try Krylon Fusion spray paint to cover that.

Thanks, we have plenty of bugs here in the summer time. Go out in the evening and you'll get eaten by mosquitoes. My front bumper is covered with bug roadkill. Not as bad as the south though. I remember sitting in my truck with the windows open one sunny January day in Georgia and I had to evacuate the vehicle a short time there after, as the "no-see-ums" chased me out.
