No, I buy it by the tubs. Usually the 4 pounder. Usually get the Whey protein Isolate. The Isolate alows the protein to be absorbed and digested easier. I ahve never seen a packet before. Buy the mixer that mix's for you. Uses 6 AA batteries. It works great. I didnt even know i bought the mixer with batteries untill i got home. I was sorta weary of it. But damn this thing works great.

yea but whey is nasty and I was mixing it with milk.. I dont want to have to make a smoothie and all that ...

whey is the only way to go man. Mixing with milk will give you alittle extra protein and calories. Its not nessesary to have milk. I use water. Then i slaw it like a keg stand.
