Did you guys know that GM owns Hummer but the Hummer brand is belly up, just like Pontiac? lol
Did you guys know that a comma is between words? Not to be confused with an apostrophe. I think people mix the two. hahaha In the instance of putting an 's' on the end of some words an apostrophe would be used. In the instance of using a comma it would go, well, like I just used one.
Who here cant wait for Carlisle?
I know I cant, plan to have a beer or shot for some liquid courage. ;) Ya'll know I need it, right? hahaha
Finally uploaded the pics from the Harvey's Lake cruise two weekends ago. Thanks again Chris for having us out!

I'm fully recovered, so I'm ready!
Jasons IROC sounds great as did Chris's car.
Lots of cool cars, most funny thing was the creepy guy in the yellow 427 Vert cruising past us as if we were 9 year old little girls and he had a panel van with no windows and 2 bags of miniature Snickers.
I go on call tomorrow for work. le-sigh.
Me too. People call... I work. :)
GDCC this evening?
Mornin.
Morning.
Got a lot done while stuck in the house for two days. Allie and I spent a lot of time going through boxes from when we moved (two years ago ). We threw out a lot of stuff and put even more stuff up on FreeCycle and Craigslist. House is visibly less cluttered...I R Happy.
Stuck in a seminar on divorce law until this afternoon. Ugh.
Walt - when you marinade deer for jerky do you use dry rub or liquid? I've read either one. I currently have dry rub from Bass Pro Shop, multi flavor choices.
I use a dry rub. I've never had much luck with the liquid. Besides, my mindset has always been that I'm trying to dry the meat out, so why add liquid to it? Using whole muscle meat, it'll absorb the dry rub pretty well. You may have to play around with the amount, depending on how much taste you want. I always use more seasoning than what it calls for. I think it turns out pretty good.
thanks...
Looks like I'll be joining the Florida forum soon! Moving for the last time in the foreseeable future, no more traveling for this guy. Buying a shop down there.
Perfect timing too, screw this Michigan/cold weather.
Congrats Ron!
