Very true.....did I tell you what happened with the car?

The dealership told me the other day that they had the car sold to another dealer. They test drove it and said the tranny was shot. Yeah, ok. :) And arbitrator said that C&B had to take the car back. Upon inspection of the transmission they found it to be in 100% working condition with a new filter and new fluid in it. They dropped the valve body (so they said) and it was perfect....there were not even any metal shavings in the pan on the magnet. Now keep in mind. The guy I got it from stopped and said that it had a shift kit in it when he spoke to the dealership AFTER I traded it in. I told them no, it doesnt, well guess what? The prior owner was a liar because he said HE HAD it put in. lol

Now Jeff tells me that the guy I got it from, his son may be interested in the car. I fear he is the one who hacked the shit out of the MAF on my car an Jeff's. lol

Helped a buddy with his project truck out. Engine and tranny are now in the chassis. It's a '66 Chevy pickup, swapped onto a 4x4 frame. Engine is a warmed over 427.
