bought bad rear from "1 Trans Am"

yeah, no more used parts for me, you can't trust anyone to be honest or to keep their word. Too bad too, there are alot of nice honest people out there, problem is they're the ones who get screwed.

Even if you do win a judgement, good luck collecting on it. The courts won't help you collect. That's all on you.

thats fine I know alot of coppers out his way! they'll be on the look out for his blue 02 trans am, and I know his plate number so maybe there will be some street justice.

i hate to say it... but a verbal agreement is tough to fihgt in court... knowing the judge or not he can call apeal and get another trial... i'm not trying to rain on your day but i'm just being realistic...
