i think it will look good if the car is gutted inside or has a lot of billet LOL. but i think to make it look half decent you would have to recover it with a full carpet for the rear...

Dont know about you guys but here is where my bottle goes........:yup: Sorry....couldn't pass it up.....my future racer.....
Great thread by the way.....been thinking about putting a small nitrous system on mine to help get out of the hole a little better.......
haa a 150 shot of MILK!!!
heres mine uncovered and covered, just have the bottle set in waiting to get my solinoids back from nx to hook up everything (do have the mounting plate polished now and the heater installed.

Not completely hooked up but I removed the passenger side lower rear seat. The seat mount makes for a good angle when the brackets were installed.

good job, will the pass side rear panel still fit when bottle is back there, if soo that stealthy
With the bottle where the rear seat was, do you have a 10lb or a 15lb, because I want to put my bottle in the back seat, but I have a 15lb and it's too big to fit on the hump.
CHECK THE ACCESORIOS FOR NITROUS IN WWW.NITROUSOUTLET.COM THEY HAVE A PLATE FOR THE HUMP I HOPE ITS NOT TO LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I ended puttin the bottle where the spare tire goes I hope I will have the system hooked up soon and I will post up pics as soon as I do !
mine is mounted vertically in the spare tire hole. bolts through the wheelwell, just make sure if you mount it this way put the bottle in facing the rear of the car, otherwise under hard acceleration you will uncover the siphon tube inside. in other words mount it with the braided line pointing towords the taillights.
Ya, If you want to hide the bottle & mount it up right, you want the siphon tube to the rear of car...
You are horizonal / tilted... Which is good, as long as the hose connection is pointing down. The tube inside the bottle curves down. It is picking up the liquid NOS off the bottom of the tank. Hope this helps !
yes yours is abslutly fine, but vertically mounted like mine the siphon tube inside the bottle gets uncovered under acceleration. i just found that out. on the dyno it didnt matter cause the car wasnt moving, but on the street in 3rd and 4th gear my 150 shot felt like a 50 shot!!! huge difference by turning the bottle around. (especially on the 3rd/4th hit)
there are a lot of other factors, like bottle freeze (again really noticable by 3rd/4th hit) causing pressure drop, and lower weight of nitrous after a couple passes. i thought i was just using tons of nitrous on a 150 shot only getting one good pass. but then a more experienced racer told me turn the bottle around and now it hit so hard that my 3rd gear barely works anymore!!! hahaha!
more power=more problems right! but again yours looks great no worry':cheers:s

BOTTLES MUST BE MOUNTED AT THE CORRECT ANGLE FOR PROPER FUNTION!!
