Tell ya one thing, that vid is a good advertisement for why you should have a roll cage.

But wearing a seatbelt is the law, and all cars come with seatbelts. Adding a roll cage for every day safety isn't as safe as most assume. Unless it's literally just a roll bar to keep the roof from caving, and not a race cage (for drag or other racing), I suppose that might help. Otherwise, if it is a race cage, it'd only make things worse unless the person was wearing a helmet...and that's not practical for every day driving. True. I guess my point was, preventing crashes like that should be the focus, not adding additional safety equipment to your car. Some accidents can't be avoided, and that's life...but it seems like 99% of the destroyed SRT-4's are simply due to racing and overall negligence.Quote:

Plenty, and I mean pleeeenty, of people have been in horrible crashes with the SRT-4 and came out unscathed. It's not a Volvo, but it ain't a Pinto either. The kid was an idiot, plain and simple. Hopefully, he learned his lesson.Quote:

They have cushioning around them. And there aren't any bars right next to your head. The nearest one would be up and to the left. With a harness and an airbag inflated in front of you, you shouldn't get anywhere near it.Quote:
