Not a car story but, I had some tool tell me that the front fender of his CBR 600 was cracked and melted because he was going too fast and the wind pushed the fender down and melted it. Now I'm no expert and not bragging but I have been 190 on a GSXR1300 HAYABUSA and my fender looked just the same when I was done.
