OK...say it was 40/45...he is still going over 60MPH over the speed limit. Says "in excess" of 100MPH. He could have been doing 120MPH which would still mean 70 over. Who the fuck knows.

Doesn't really matter. He's a fucking idiot for racing in a congested area or on the street...period. If anyone thinks he's not, then they are even a bigger fucking idiot.
