If it's $200 or under, I would... But $500-1,000. Is allot of money when you make about $15,000 a year.

I wouldnt do it bro ....
I loaned a friend 10K back in 1988, said he would pay me back when he could. I told him I wouldn’t ask for it, I trusted he would pay me when he could. Well, time went by he moved to California started a family and so on. Three weeks ago i opened the mailbox and there’s a letter from Al. Said he was going through some old boxes with miscellaneous papers in it and found a note that reminded him of the loan, In the letter was a check for the 10K! never thought I would get that money back. Al and I have kept in touch over the years but as promised I never asked for the money. Sure was glad to get the wind fall of cash, I had forgotten about it too…..so I gave up on the thought of a payback, 21 years latter there it is!? Wonder what kinda interest I missed out on?
thats if you try to go for the traditional college route. some of us youngins actually have chances at jumping into careers out of high school, but most dont know about it until later. though i am technically still in school, i still am not qualified for student loans nor do i need them. i have far from terrible credit and the only thing that has ever held me back in credit situations has been lack of credit history. it shows on ID theft programs that give you your credit scores and history. which people were willing to lend but they just wanted to give up high interest for the lack of credit history. no cc's in my name. i didnt feel comfortable paying a bank money so i could pay interest on money i have. i dont like the idea of cosigners either. but fortunately ive been able to do without both.
