Damn all this deer talk has got me hungry for some steaks....
I need a new recipe for deer. Any suggestions? We marinate it in milk 24hrs then mostly cook in gravy.
Today makes me want to go trade the G6 for another F-body. But alas I must wait a little longer.
Makes me wish didn't have house shit and three cars that come ahead of getting the bike running :sulk:
Scott there's plenty of deer left under my car. I can mail it to you. It smells horrible though.
ehh.......no. I have a freezer full
Ha ha ha ha ha ha
my oh my, quite in here
I did steaks cut into cubes kabob style marinated overnight in spiedie sauce on the grill the other day. It's been brought to my attention though, that nobody else in the world knows what this stuff is. It is kind of a local thing, I suppose, but it's worth spreading the word cuz the shit is bangin' on kabobs. It's the stuff with the pink label in the middle called State Fair Spiedie Sauce. Get some.

I like the plain blue lettering on the spoiler and the T/A 346 for the shaker.
Carpy - I think we may have found the next piece of the 80's collection. We were just offered a 99% perfect '87 Olds 442 at the cruise in tonight for exactly what we paid for the Turbo-T. If this pans out all we'll need is a Hurst/Olds to finish off the fourfecta.
I was just working on one the other week
Very strange. I made two offhand comments to people this year at local cruise ins that if they ever wanted to sell their car to call me. Within weeks, they both called and threw out very reasonable offers.
Another office day here. Had a bit of drama yesterday - went down to get the Challenger inspected in the afternoon and my phone rings. It's my office letting me know that the school nurse just called. Apparently, Sammie passed out in class and hit the floor. It took me a few minutes to finish up and get to the school. At the nurse's office they have her sitting in a wheel chair sipping a cup of orange juice. On the ride home, we stopped in quick at the building to look at the gutters they installed and when I get back in the car she announces that she feels sick. Halfway down the driveway she hops out of the car and yaks in the ditch. I got her home and she went straight to bed. She doesn't generally eat much at all in the morning and never has lunch at school. We're pretty sure it was a side effect from a medication that is supposed to be taken with food that laid her out.
Mornin.
It needs to be 5
