If you jack the car behind the front wheels on the body crimp, it buckles a bit and forces the bottom of the fender outward. I don't see anything wrong with yours in the pic though, so not sure what he is talking about.
^^^How soon do you have to store them? Here in Indpls, we only average 27'' of snow, so there are many days when the roads have no snow/slush/ice/salt and I can drive Too Fast. Usually tho, I won't driver her on any of those days, so she sits for a 2-6 week period of no driving whatsoever.
I grew up in South Bend, IN. The average snowfall is around 80 inches, currently. Probably half of that is lake effect snow from Lake Michigan. Glad I don't live that far north anymore.
