So since Tues I currently own a large package of paper that I signed my life away on to the tune of $225k +....... I still have not yet taken possesion of the house cause the Seller (bank/ foreclosure property shit hole management solutions/ dickhead title company) has done nothing, but lose documents, deposit check, failed to over night my deed etc etc etc....... I am hoping by the end of today I actually will finally have my keys :yay:
