anyways the body has 130k miles but the engine was supposedly rebuilt at 100k by the guy I bought it from. It also has some built tranny that I cant see the brand from.

booooo shit!!! my sister had to pay for a stone bridge to get repaired when her tire blew out and she hit it... and she had full coverage...

It all depends on the situation as well. If they someone proved it was her fault, I could see them forcing her to pay.
