haha... Guy below you on the list drove a 74 parshe.
...i guess he though that was hilarous lol
no problem... always here to help ;)
btw, in order to improve @ a much faster rate, I recommend to walk the course with some of the faster guys... tell them you are a newbie and ask for pointers as you walk the track... ask him questions about what he think you should do here, or any pointers on how to read the line as you walk.
Also, you can ask to have an experienced driver run shotgun so he can give you pointers on where to improve.
If you go there to learn and focus on that aspect, you'll end up doing better... if you just try to be competitive, you'll end up not so competitive... ironic, isn't ?
Glad to see you like the experience...
remember... it's fun and a great learning experience... that's how i started it.
E, what do you do through hair-pin turns? This past sunday had like 3 of them and the ws.666 wasn't diggin' them at all
depending on how tight they are, they are sometimes tighter than the turning radius of our cars... in that case, I heal and toe into 1st, coming to almost a stop, and ten transfer the weight to the rear accelerating and making the curve.
Just don't go into the hairpin too hot... you'll lose time, speed, tires.
That looks like so much fun! I cant wait to go to one once my trans is in..
What kind of tires are on your car now?
looks like fun
