i always felt that the food wasn't authentic but then again I live in New Jersey, which is basically lil italy and have an italian background. What do you mean by they are made in italy? How authentic is this stuff then?Quote:

the recipes are made at a culinary school dealy in Italy, only some of the items on the menu are, they have a little symbol next to them. Most of them are only served at dinner too. The food is prepared in the kitchen fresh. haha
well I have some updates. My back is sore from standing and walking around all day, and I had to work in the ally today in the kitchen. Holy Shit does it get busy! I liked it though, made time go by. My trainee told me that like, 6 girls came up to her last night and told her that I'm really cute. Seems that the ladies are digging me. :D
