I'm 6'3 170-175 and I benched 195 in highschool....I'm pretty skinny so not very much weight. I can probably still bench that or maybe 200, but last time i did that i screwed up my shoulder. I stick to 10x135, 10x155, 10x135.

260 was last week. gonna try again today. see how it goes. when benching for strength, or dl, or squats, i do 5 sets of 5 with a 5 min break. then i finish out the work out with normal sets / low rest periods.
Just so you all can laugh....... I max at 110lbs and I work with 55lbs doing reps :lol:

Most I ever did was 435lbs one time all by myself and the second rep with help.
In the winter I am bulking and have a fair amount of BF so I try to do max weight about once a month.
Now that it is summer and I am dieting there is no way I could lift that much.
my highest max was 345 on oxydrol 12 my senior year at 5'7 225 lbs

When I was 185 lbs. several years back the most I did was 245. I'm 5'10" tall and now weigh in at 210, but can still bench the old 12 ouncer's

i was 6' 189lbs all through highschool, varsity wrestler, track team, max bench was 275 my senior year, got into car accident last april and have been down since, started working out again about 4 weeks ago at 255lbs. yuck.
3 weeks ago = could barely push 145 10x
3 weeks of hard training:
run 2 miles a day
swim 1 mile a day
lift every night

last night i put up 255 freeweights and weigh 230lbs
still have alot of work to do
I'm 5'10" 175lbs. bench 225lbs in 3 sets of 10 each week, don't really have any need to be any stronger, gotta know when enoughs enough and just maintain.
195 is my max that was about a month ago. I was doing really good I was 125lbs at the 1st of the year and started eating right and working out alot and put on about 12lbs up you 137lbs. The last month or so I have been slacking and eating alot of shitty food so I really need to get back on track, I was doing so well.
