In my state and area, the emission testing OBDII can see that all codes have been cleared. The ecu retains several or many parameters which build over time and can be displayed. Even my actron hand scanner can show when data has been recently erased. Anyway, e-check is not supposed to pass a car with no run data here.
they are not looking for code that were deleted. they are looking for emissions codes that might of set off the ses lite.
i just passed emissions with my car.
egr, air and all that bullshit was deleted from my car

LS6 intake $400 for 8rwhp, LSx Fast intake $740 for 16-20rwhp.
I'd go with the Fast LSx intake if you do heads/cam setup later, or even a blower. it seems to pay off a little more at that point.
