Funny heard from a friend back home.(I'm from Downingtown). He tweeted a pic of himself partying it up a few hours before. Plus I don't recall it being overly difficult to merge onto 100 from the 322 bypass... Though I wouldn't try it at those speeds.

At the end of the first season of viva la bam he wanted to throw himself a parade. He put in a request for several blocks along Gay street to be closed off for it. IIRC it was mid week in April I think. The borough said no and he got pissy claiming he's the reason that West Chester has an economy. Guess West Chester Uniiversity does nothing for the economy.
