That's exactly what the Tri-power Nats do, and it's busy all day despite all the drag racing too. Here's mine on there.


For $60 you get a pull along with a wideband reading. I can't imagine the money this guy brought in over a 3 day period, non stop. My father was on there twice with his car :lol:

Something like this would be nice for the TA nats if they aren't going to bother with the drags anymore.

The first year I had it at the T/A Nats, (15 years ago??) I remember getting a letter in the mail a couple weeks later that they send out to all attendies, that has a car count with years participating etc....

They listed on the letter that they were sad to say they didn't have any from the 701/2 model year. I guess they wanted to pride themselves as having every model presented.
I thought that was funny, since mine is a 70. Which some people refer to a 70 as a 701/2 because of the late introduction due to the GM strike.

I had to write back and tell them they did in fact have a 70 1/2 participate,,,,,mine :chuckles: I couldn't believe a bunch of Fbody experts in a club didn't catch that one.

They are all just 1970 models that were introduced early in the 1970 calender year (rather than Aug of 69 the preceeding year)

If you were there last year they are mailing out entry forms
