submissions are over but I have to get Ed to adjust the poll numbers before I can start the voting thread. There's only 25 choices allowed on the polls and we have 26 cars this month. Would you guys rather keep submissions like this? Largest turn out we've had in a while. Seems more of you enter if it's set up like this.

This is the first time have seen anything for submission for this so yea i like it!!!

i vote to keep them like this, its great to see so many people posting for cotm this way

this is exactly the reason why I'm leary about doing it this way. We get more entries but when everyone knows exactly who posted which car it takes away from the contest some and makes it a friends voting for friends deal.

i understand your point BUT i have gotten many PMs from people i didnt even know to vote for there cars....now if i liked there car i would vote for them if not i didnt

Well I don't see how you can get away with it not being that way.. I mean we have 47k+ members and the site has been around for years.. Good chance folks know eachother and their cars..;)

if you ever get those please report the PM.....I added a rule for this back in June I believe that DQ's the car.

14. No campaigning on the site for votes. The whole reason behind using numbers for the cars and not names is to try and cut down on buddy system voting. Any PM or visitor messages that get reported due to people campaigning for votes will result in that car being DQ'd from the contest.

there's also a good chance that they don't but if they post then there's a 100% chance that everyone knows.
